It's common to hear about the "secret food" but what does it really mean? These are items that restaurants only offer to their loyal customers. If you don't know the name of these items, you might not order them at a restaurant. They might be more costly, but they are worth it. Because they're shared through social media and word of mouth, it's not necessary to ask for them.

Some fast food chains advertise secret menu items to get customers, while others don't bother. If you would like to order an item on the secret menu, just ask politely. Then wait for it. If you're looking for one of these special eats, train your staff at the front and back of the house to make it happen. Online ordering may be possible for coffee shops. How To

How to make the perfect omelet

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. How do you make them perfect? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. The eggs must be fresh from an organic source and kept at room temperature until they are ready to be cooked. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

You can also separate the egg before you add it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You could end up burning the bottom half of the egg if the egg is added directly to the heat source. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.

Let's now talk about mixing eggs. When mixing eggs, it is important to thoroughly beat them. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now it's time to have fun: pour the milk into the mixture. Pour half the milk into the beaten egg mixture and then fold in the eggs. If you still see streaks of eggs, don't worry. These streaks will disappear once the omelet has been turned over.

After you have folded your eggs, heat up the oil on medium heat. Wait for it to get hot. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. The lid should be carefully opened. Sprinkle salt in the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the other side for about a minute. Take the omelet out of the pan and immediately serve.

This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
